Objectives
3S TEAM desires to be the industry leader in specialty welding, outage/shutdown, general mechanical and support services for performance driven clients.
The company is dedicated to finding the most experienced and highly skilled management and craftsman. 3S TEAM is NOT just a body shop…our focus is to be successful in the tough and complex marketplace of industrial services. We can only accomplish with the “best of the best”.
Our ability to support growth has been actively demonstrated time and time again – we always supported site maintenance work loads…we augmented other contractors who could not perform to schedule and budget…we accepted outage, turnaround and shutdown work that ramped up to unplanned head counts.
The founders and managers constantly review processes, systems, technology and people to continually improve the 3S TEAM service offering – best SAFETY, beneficial SERVICES, better SATISFACTION!
